Refund & Returns Policy
Products purchased online can be returned with the following terms and conditions:
Reach out to Crank n' Chain Customer Care by mentioning the order number with a picture of the product & more detail into the reason for the return or exchange. All returns must be received back at our warehouse location within 30 days of the order date.
The following exceptions to our return and refund policy are:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and are unworn
We're happy to exchange or refund a purchase if:
- You’re receiving wrong or damaged/faulty product.
- The product that you received are not in complete condition
- The product that you received doesn't match with description.
- You want to change the size (applicable for shoes only & while stock last)*
If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you the correct product or replacement product at no cost to you if the item is in stock.
Please note: We do not offer free return shipping; the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you decide to NOT use a prepaid return label that has been generated, please let us know so that the label can be voided. If you don't let us know and the label is unable to be voided, you will be charged for the prepaid return label.
Please allow us 7 to 14 Days after we receive your product to process a refund or send out exchanged goods. We strive to process all shipping within 3 days but have stringent checks to ensure goods are as they were when originally shipped.
