Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Singapore Delivery 
All deliveries are with SingPost or NinjaVan.  Rates vary depending on what is purchased, you can see shipping rates when you proceed to checkout after adding a product to your cart.

Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

All Deliveries
If a parcel is not collected from the post office or has the wrong address submitted through checkout it will be returned to Crank n' Chain HQ and you must pay the applicable shipping fees to have the parcel resent.

Change of Delivery Address
We require any change of address to occur before the parcel has been dispatched.

Local Pick Up

In-Stock Items are typically ready to be picked up from Crank n' Chain West Coast within 48-72 Hours of placing your order. Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call if you have any questions.
